Itsuki no Komori-Uta
Japanese Garden Screen Saver |
|||
A peaceful place so breath-takingly perfect you hate to strike a key. When I shot these, there were honest-to-God Japanese gardeners in practical, dirt-colored kimonos pulling weeds an inch high out of the moss that grows rampant everywhere. The music is an old Japanese folk song on guitar.
Artists Notes: This is the same music as the
Bonsai screen saver. I'm sorry, I looked forever and never found anything I liked
better, so I had to use it again. The music is just to keep you from leaving the
house with the computer on anyway. The Seattle Story, about my trip.
This is a 6.7 meg file, because there are 41 different pictures, and the resolution is killer. Runs on any version of Windows, and uninstalls in one click. I promise you won't mind the download when you see it. Images were shot at the Seattle Japanese Garden. For more things to do in Seattle, see their official web site. For more screen savers with nature themes and quality wallpapers The song "Itsuki no Komori-Uta" was originally a Japanese folk song. I am eternally grateful to the artist for sharing.
